A&C came to us with a vision to blend their cultural backgrounds with a little bit of Central Coast flair. From beginning to end, this couple was so lovely to work with.
We always enjoy being challenged with fresh ideas and themes for menus. It keeps our team forever learning new ways to apply our skills. Combining flavors while adding an FTT flare to things…. It’s what we do best! With Mexican and Filipino cuisines, there is a little bit of overlap, so our team had a blast putting together this menu.
